  • Warranty period: As mentioned on the product page (in details)
  • Covered in Warranty: Manufacturing defects
  • Not covered in Warranty: Broken, damaged by liquid, or any other type of physical damage.

  • If the product bought before car delivery-

    The warranty & replacement period of the product will start from the date of your car delivery. You have mail delivery challan on care@deanauto.in with your order number.

    7 Days Replacement-

    Product is delivered in damaged condition | Not Working on Arrival | Not Fitting

Step 2
Home pickup:

  • Home pickup will be scheduled
  • Your Dean courier partner will pick up the product from your home.
 

 

Step 3:
Dispatch:

  • The product will be repaired/ replaced (as per the warranty terms & conditions)
  • Product approx. repair time: 5-10 days
  • The product will be delivered to your home.
